[Remote] Sr. Advanced Analytics and Reporting Analyst

They are seeking a Sr. Advanced Analytics and Reporting Analyst to architect and operationalize enterprise-scale data solutions, driving strategic decisions through data analytics and insights.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Architect and optimize data pipelines for DBX ingestion, ETL/ELT workflows, and complex ATS queries to enable reliable, scalable analytics
ā¢ Build calculation tables and feature stores that power algorithms, machine learning models, and compensation/consumption calculations
ā¢ Author SQL queries and back-end BI connections, maintain Power BI semantic models, and deliver high-performance dashboards and reports
ā¢ Drive AI readiness and ML productization, including feature engineering, model prototyping, deployment, and monitoring
ā¢ Lead major cross-functional programs (e.g., Consumption Gaps, SOT, Minerva), coordinating engineering, product, finance, and business stakeholders
ā¢ Deliver enterprise-scale analytics and actionable insights, translate results into prioritized recommendations, and communicate findings to product, service, and business leaders
Skills
ā¢ Core data engineering skills: Expert SQL and Python; hands-on experience with Spark, Databricks/Delta Lake, and robust ETL/ELT design
ā¢ Machine learning and analytics: Feature engineering, building calculation/feature tables, model prototyping, and familiarity with MLOps for productization
ā¢ BI and observability: Deep experience with Power BI back-end connections and semantic models; Splunk query and dashboard development; strong data visualization
ā¢ Integration and automation: Orchestration and CI/CD for data pipelines (Airflow, Databricks Jobs, or similar), API integrations, and scalable automation
ā¢ Leadership and communication: Proven ability to lead cross-functional, enterprise-scale projects; translate technical results into clear, actionable recommendations for product, finance, and business leaders
ā¢ Experience and education: 4+ years in data engineering, data science, analytics engineering, or related roles; Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent (MS preferred)
ā¢ Advanced degree (MS in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Economics) or equivalent
ā¢ Domain experience in B2B software sales analytics, consumption-based pricing, or compensation modeling
ā¢ Familiarity with dbt, MLflow, Spark SQL optimizations, and cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
ā¢ Experience with large-scale entitlement/licensing systems and reconciliation processes
