As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues related to systems, applications, accounts, and connectivity. You will guide users through clear troubleshooting steps while ensuring a positive and reassuring customer experience. This position requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate technical information into simple, user-friendly language. You will operate in a structured technical environment with access to knowledge bases, diagnostic tools, and specialized support teams. Key Responsibilities • Serve as a primary technical contact for users experiencing issues. Investigate incidents, reproduce technical problems, and apply appropriate solutions within defined procedures. • Support users with software-related questions, system errors, access problems, configuration issues, and functional guidance. Escalate complex cases to higher-level technical teams when necessary, ensuring all relevant information is documented clearly. • Maintain detailed records of cases, solutions, and technical observations. Accurate documentation is essential for knowledge sharing, compliance, and service quality improvement. • Proactively contribute to identifying recurring problems and potential system improvements. By sharing insights and patterns, help enhance system stability and user experience.> Participate in technical training, process updates, and continuous improvement workshops. Stay updated on system changes, technical releases, and evolving support procedures. Candidate Profile You are fluent in French and English and comfortable providing technical explanations in both languages. You have a natural curiosity for technology and enjoy diagnosing and solving problems. You may come from a background in IT support, helpdesk, service desk, networking, systems administration, or technical customer service. However, strong technical aptitude, logical thinking, and communication skills are equally important. You are patient, methodical, and detail-oriented. You are able to manage several cases simultaneously while maintaining service quality and accuracy. You are comfortable working with operating systems, browsers, mobile devices, and online platforms. You can quickly adapt to new tools and technical environments.
