Job Description

A healthcare insurance client is seeking to hire a REMOTE Data Analyst with strong Splunk experience to join their Enterprise Integrations Team. This person will specifically support the prior authorization approval application system and will be responsible for helping implement observability solutions for the systems. Daily you will analyze the application logs, and the various workflow actions to identify trends and patterns of interest to the business. Most of your time will be spent working within Splunk to develop reports and dashboards that gather logs across various applications in the workflow to track and monitor End-to-End process. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and analytically driven, with recent experience developing Splunk dashboards.

Skills And Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in analyzing IT systems' performance

- 3+ years of experience in observability, data analysis or similar roles

- 3+ years of Splunk dashboard development, including Search Processing Language (SPL)

- Proven ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and create meaningful visualizations.

Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders to define metrics and KPIs. - Knowledge of Firewalls, Load balancers and other infrastructural concepts.

Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.) is a plus. null
