[Remote] Spend Management Analyst - Kyriba Consultant

They are seeking an analyst level Certified Kyriba Consultant to assist clients in optimizing their treasury operations and improving liquidity management by leveraging Kyriba.ResponsibilitiesLead and / or participate in Kyriba implementations, upgrades, and support initiatives for clients across various industriesConfigure and optimize Kyriba modules including Cash Management, Connectivity, Payments, Financial Transactions, Bank Account Management, Bank Fee Analysis to align with clients' treasury and finance goalsAdvise clients on best practices in financial transactions, reporting, and analytics leveraging Kyriba toolsCollaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Kyriba system solutionsDevelop reports and dashboards for clients using Kyriba’s Business Analytics features to support strategic decision-makingManage and resolve system integration issues related to bank connectivity and ERP systemsProvide end-user training, post-go-live support, and ongoing system enhancement support as neededWork closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfactionSkillsCertified Kyriba ConsultantDeep expertise in Kyriba's Treasury Management System (TMS)Certifications in key Kyriba modules, including Cash Management, Payments, Connectivity, and Deal Capture (Financial Transactions)1-3 years of experience in Kyriba TMS implementations, with a focus on cash management, payments, bank connectivity and financial transactionsIn-depth knowledge of treasury and cash management practices, financial instruments, and liquidity managementStrong project management skills and experience leading full-cycle implementationsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex system issuesExposure to related software and banking systems and networks such as SWIFT, Host to Host (FTP), other TMS solutions, payment platforms, and banking solutionsFamiliarity with ERP systems and integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environmentExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teamsBilingual English French is a plusBenefitsMedical, dental and vision coverageOther wellness programsCompany OverviewHuron is a global professional services firm that collaborates with clients to put possible into practice by creating sound strategies, optimizing operations, accelerating digital transformation, and empowering businesses and their people to own their future.
