Key Responsibilities
• Psychological Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using digital tools to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Individualized Interventions: Develop and implement tailored intervention plans that address the unique challenges faced by each student, ensuring their academic and emotional success.
• Teletherapy Counseling: Provide individual and group counseling through secure teletherapy platforms, offering continuous mental health support to students in need.
• IEP Development: Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to create and implement IEPs that address students' psychological and emotional needs.
• Crisis Response: Respond to student crises in a timely manner, providing immediate psychological support and ensuring student safety.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate psychological services into the educational framework and support holistic student development.

Qualifications
• Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Licensure: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a School Psychologist in Wisconsin.
• Experience: At least three years of experience in school psychology, with a preference for those experienced in teletherapy or remote service delivery.
• Skills: Proficient in digital assessment tools, strong communication and counseling skills, and a commitment to helping students achieve their potential.
