Remote Special Education Teacher Arkansas (2024/2025 School Year)
VocoVision is looking for an Arkansas-based Special Education Teacher (K-12) to join our team and work remotely. In this role, youll be responsible for delivering tailored instruction to help students meet their academic goals. Youll manage a caseload of around 15 students, with the flexibility to choose between full-time and part-time hours. This position starts as soon as possible and will... continue through the end of the school year.
Key Duties:
Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to each students unique needs.
Track student progress and make necessary adjustments to instructional strategies and accommodations.
Keep open lines of communication with parents and caregivers, regularly updating them on their childs progress.
Collaborate with fellow educators and take part in IEP meetings to ensure student success.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field.
Must hold a current Arkansas Special Education Teacher certification.
At least 2 years of experience working in schools is preferred.
All required clearances for public or charter school employment must be in place.
Experience in early childhood education is advantageous.
Flexibility with hours depending on full-time or part-time status.
