Special Education Teacher Ā Full-Time (Ohio)
Location: Ohio (Remote or In-person)
Hourly Pay: $36 - $41 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in Ohio. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay and the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of students with diverse learning needs.
Responsibilities:
Ā Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities
Ā Provide direct instruction, accommodations, and modifications to meet the educational needs of students
Ā Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure students' success
Ā Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
Ā Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation
Ā Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and other school-related events
Ā Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student growth and independence
Requirements:
Ā Bachelor's degree in Special Education (Master's preferred)
Ā Ohio teaching certification/license in Special Education
Ā Experience working with students with a variety of disabilities (e.g., autism, learning disabilities, emotional disturbances)
Ā Strong communication and organizational skills
Ā Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators, parents, and support staff
Ā Passion for working with students and helping them achieve their fullest potential
Compensation & Benefits:
Ā Hourly Pay: $36 - $41/hour, depending on experience
Ā Full-Time Position with a consistent schedule
