Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Solutions Engineer to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the sales team, leveraging your technical expertise to ensure successful outcomes for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will involve demonstrating the value of our product offerings, conducting engaging demonstrations, and guiding clients through proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives. Establishing robust relationships with customers and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including innovation labs, consultants, and marketing, will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities
• Engage with customers to advocate for our product solutions in meetings and industry events, showcasing how our offerings can alleviate customer challenges and enhance business outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to identify new sales opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
• Lead proof-of-concept engagements by developing and assessing technical solutions, whether remotely or onsite.
• Deliver impactful presentations and facilitate technical discussions, particularly with executive-level stakeholders.
• Contribute to innovation by providing valuable feedback from customer interactions, helping to inform product development to align with market demands.
• Share knowledge and mentor colleagues to enhance the overall capabilities of the organization.
• Customize presentation materials to cater to the specific needs of each customer, thereby enriching their experience.

• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the observability sector.

Preferred Requirements
• Familiarity with modern technologies such as containers, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools.

Compensation And Benefits
• Salary Range: (82,000 - )133,000, depending on experience, skills, education, and work location.
