About the role: We, at Turing, are looking for talented remote software testing engineers who will design and implement accurate test procedures to ensure the best performance of software programs. Job Responsibilities - Collaborate with development and design managers to discuss software specifications and testing parameters - Use the software program as intended and analyze its functional properties - Develop manual and automated test procedures to evaluate the software products - Build, code, and implement software evaluation test programs - Modify the software testing systems and complete final tests to ensure best performance - Finalize and document testing procedures and create accurate test reports - Present the test reports to the stakeholders and share suggestions in software fixes Job Requirements - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics (or equivalent experience) - At least 3+ years of experience in software testing(rare exceptions for highly skilled developers) - Solid understanding of program testing software like Selenium, Bugzilla and HP LoadRunner, etc. - Extensive experience in debugging codes and software development languages - Technical expertise on different operating systems including Windows and Linux - Efficiency in designing and writing complex software testing procedures - Fluency in English language for effective communication - Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones Apply tot his job
