As a Software Implementation Consultant, you will:
Implement software solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service
Collaborate with internal business partners, including Sales, Client Services, IT, and Development, to drive successful implementations
Develop customized solutions, define project plans, and report key implementation progress metrics
Coach and prepare clients for successful rollouts, prioritizing and escalating issues as needed
Partner with clients to understand their business needs, analyze existing systems, and exchange routine information with project team members
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in a client service or systems integration environment
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
A strong work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail, and flexibility
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
