Key Responsibilities
? Design and implement paid media campaigns aimed at achieving various objectives, including conversions, website traffic, engagement, video views, and follower growth.
? Monitor, evaluate, and analyze campaign effectiveness across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
? Produce comprehensive reports on campaign performance and share insights proactively with stakeholders.
? Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional execution and alignment with client goals.
? Utilize data-driven insights continuously to enhance campaign performance and achieve outstanding results.

Required Skills
? 1-2 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, whether in an agency setting or in-house.
? Familiarity with platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Snapchat, CTV, OTT, and Programmatic buying.
? Proficient in full-funnel buying strategies that encompass both Awareness and Direct Response objectives.
? Competence in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics.
? Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? A proactive mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Compensation And Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is (70,000 - )80,000, accompanied by additional opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
