REMOTE* Social Media & Client Manager – Digital Marketing Agency
About Us:
Traffic & Leads is a full-scale digital marketing agency helping clients grow their brands and sales through social media marketing, paid ads, SEO and launches. We’re expanding our team and looking for a U.S.-based Virtual Assistant who loves social media, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage both client relationships and creative deliverables.
About the Role:
This role is a blend of social media management and client/project coordination. You’ll be helping create, proof, and post content across platforms, track engagement, and keep client projects moving forward on schedule. You’ll work closely with our clients and team to ensure content is on-brand, campaigns run smoothly, and deadlines are met.
Hours & Structure:
• Start: Part-time (20 hrs/week), with potential to grow to full-time (40 hrs/week).
• Hours must be consistent and fall between 8 AM–8 PM ET, Monday–Friday.
• Fully remote.
• Independent contractor role.
Responsibilities:
• Manage social media content calendars for multiple clients.
• Write, edit, and proof social posts, ad copy, and email marketing content.
• Schedule and publish content using social media tools.
• Monitor and report on engagement metrics.
• Coordinate with clients via email, phone, and Zoom.
• Oversee deadlines and deliverables for marketing campaigns.
• Work with overseas contractors to complete creative or technical tasks.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of social media marketing experience (agency experience preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
• Tech-savvy (Zoom, Slack, Google Drive, social scheduling tools).
• Positive, can-do attitude.
Nice to Have:
• Graphic design skills (Canva or similar).
Compensation:
$18–$22/hr depending on experience.
