Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow Instagram and TikTok accounts by posting regular, creative, and relevant content aligned with brand strategy.

Develop engaging captions, hashtags, and interactive stories/reels to increase follower engagement and reach.

Monitor comments, messages, and interactions, responding promptly and professionally to followers.
• *
Assist with social media campaign planning and execution under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
• *
Track and report on social media performance metrics using analytics tools to optimize content strategy.

Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Collaborate with the content creation team to source images, videos, and other multimedia assets.

Support influencer and partnership outreach efforts to expand brand visibility.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *
Proven experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts, either personal, freelance, or professional.
• *
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
• *
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling captions and messages.
• *
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (using tools like Canva, InShot, or similar) are a plus.
• *
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
• *
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• *
Comfortable working in a fast-evolving digital environment and adapting to change.

High level of creativity and enthusiasm for social media marketing.
• Experience

Minimum of 1 year experience managing social media accounts professionally or as a freelancer.
