Key Responsibilities:
Execute comprehensive chip design from netlist to tapeout
Collaborate with the FE team to drive design decisions and optimize physical design workflows
Work with the physical design team to develop and implement best practices, drive performance, and track progress
Resolve design and workflow issues related to physical design, identify potential solutions, and drive implementation
Requirements:
Minimum BS degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience
Proficient in package or top-level P&R execution, including floorplanning, clock and power distribution, timing closure, physical and electrical verification
Experience with top-level design, preferably with industry-standard tools
Strong knowledge of physical design development and assessment flows and methodologies
Proven ability to meet tight design and delivery schedules
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
