About the Role:
Join our team at Workwarp as a Remote Small Group Sales Executive! In this exciting role, you'll connect with employers (2-200 employees) to promote and sell medical, dental, and vision insurance products. This is a fantastic opportunity to build strong relationships, drive growth, and make a real difference in people's lives.
What You'll Do:
Develop and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance manufacturers and plan sponsors.
Manage an assigned territory to expand our commercial presence through consultative selling and problem-solving.
Provide excellent customer support and ensure client satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
Meet or exceed sales targets.
What We're Looking For:
Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Experience in group health insurance is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Flexibility to attend in-person meetings and travel within your assigned territory.
Insurance Producer License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
Salesforce experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience (High school diploma + 2 years relevant experience).
