Remote Short-Form Video Editor

DD Digital is a growing content and digital services agency helping creators and brands scale through short-form content.
We are building a team of driven editors who want ownership over their income and client relationships ā not just hourly pay.
This is not a salary position.
This is an opportunity to build recurring monthly income based on the clients you manage and edit for.
Duties
ā¢ Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
ā¢ Add captions, hooks, pacing adjustments
ā¢ Deliver content on schedule
ā¢ Communicate clearly with management
ā¢ Maintain quality and retention-focused editing
Requirements
ā¢ Experience editing short-form content
ā¢ Strong understanding of social media pacing
ā¢ Reliable communication
ā¢ Available to work 7 days a week
ā¢ Ability to work independently
How It Works
ā¢ We generate and onboard clients
ā¢ Clients are assigned to editors
ā¢ You manage editing and delivery
ā¢ You build recurring monthly income
Editors start part-time.
High performers can scale to full-time workload.

This is NOT for:

Compensation Structure
Editors receive:
80% of the monthly subscription revenue from each client assigned to them.
Example:
ā¢ Client pays $1,000/month
ā¢ You receive $800/month
ā¢ DD Digital retains 20% for infrastructure, sales, and operations
The more clients you handle successfully, the more you earn.
Each client will take anywhere from 1.5 hours to 3 hours DAILY to edit for.
There is no income cap.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 14 ā 40 per week
