Your Role:
This is a commission-based-only remote Setter/Closer position at AKs Sales Services. As a Setter/Closer, your role will include setting up high-quality sales calls and closing high-ticket deals for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospects and set qualified appointments.
Manage CRM and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
Process payments for closed deals and send out service agreements.
Follow up relentlessly on pending deals to close them.
Track and report your KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly) to the Sales Manager.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Attend daily sales huddles and company-wide training events.
Invest time in personal development to sharpen your skills.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, especially in remote or high-ticket sales.
Must be located in North America.
Available full-time, with a hunger for growth and learning.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Open-minded, coachable, and eager to improve.
Professional, prompt, and courteous.
Self-motivated and competitive, driven by success.
Compensation:
100% commission-based no base salary, but no ceiling on earnings.
Earn 5-15% commission on cash collected from closed deals.
Deal sizes range from $5,000 to $100,000, with uncapped commission potential.
Work Environment:
100% remote Work from anywhere while collaborating with a team of like-minded individuals in our virtual tower.
