[Remote] ServiceNow Technical Consultant (Advanced IRM)

Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TechYard is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Technical Consultant with deep expertise in advanced IRM development. The role involves designing, building, and troubleshooting IRM solutions, focusing on customization and integration with O365/SharePoint. Responsibilities • Develop and extend advanced IRM functionality, including custom scoring, templates, and automated assessments • Build and maintain O365/SharePoint integrations (Policy Redlining, OAuth, Graph API, document services) • Configure and enhance UI Builder, Workspace experiences, and workflow automation • Develop scripts: Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer actions, integration scripts, and fix scripts • Troubleshoot complex IRM, integration, and platform issues (Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive Spokes) • Serve as the technical SME for IRM solution design and delivery Skills • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience • Proven experience extending IRM beyond OOB capabilities • Strong technical skills across O365/SharePoint integrations • Hands-on experience with scoring models, templates, UI Builder, and automation • Advanced scripting (JavaScript/Glide) and integration experience • Strong communication and ability to work independently • Experience with Azure/SharePoint/OneDrive troubleshooting • CSA, CAD, or CIS–Risk & Compliance certifications • Background in regulated or risk-heavy environments Company Overview • The Data People Specialists.Welcome to TechYard, a data specialist recruitment agency.
