Remote ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Developer
ServiceNow Developer (Mid-Level)Position Overview -REMOTE Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations across ITSM, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and Source-to-Pay (S2P) modules. Support multi-tenant environments with domain separation while delivering automation solutions that meet federal compliance requirements. Core Responsibilities Application Development: Develop custom applications, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes. Build Service Portal pages and widgets. Implement solutions using JavaScript, GlideScript API, and ServiceNow APIs with domain separation best practices. SPM & Financial Modules: Configure and customize Strategic Portfolio Management (Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management) and Source-to-Pay Operations (Procurement, Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, Supplier Management). Support financial workflows including requisitions, purchase orders, invoice matching, and payment processing. Integration & Automation: Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub. Create automated workflows using Flow Designer and Orchestration. Implement data import/export processes and custom web services. Technical Delivery: Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and support platform upgrades using update sets and scoped applications. Document solutions and collaborate with stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience: 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments. Experience with multi-tenant architectures and domain separation. Background in Agile/Scrum development. Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes. Experience with REST/SOAP web services, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer. Knowledge of ServiceNow data model and Service Portal development (AngularJS). Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and SQL. Certification: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required Security: Experience with federal compliance requirements (FedRAMP, FISMA preferred) Desired Qualifications Experience with SPM modules (Demand Management, PPM, Resource Management, APM) and/or Source-to-Pay Operations (Procurement, AP Operations, Supplier Management). Knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain Workflows, including invoice automation and three-way matching. Experience with ATF, scoped applications, ITOM, CSM, SecOps, or GRC modules.
