Position: Service Sales Representative - Remote | Work From Home

Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and motivated Service Sales Representative to become a crucial part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive our sales initiatives across the Ohio territory, collaborating closely with the Service Senior Director. Your efforts will be instrumental in fostering customer relationships, promoting our service offerings, and stimulating growth within our generator rental division.

Key Responsibilities: In your capacity as a Service Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Achieving sales performance goals and exceeding annual sales targets.
• Formulating and executing a sales strategy that promotes revenue and profit growth within your designated territory.
• Conducting market analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities, and crafting strategic plans to fulfill them.
• Providing consistent updates regarding sales activities, including quote reports and sales pipeline forecasts.
• Establishing and nurturing strong, enduring relationships with customers through tailored solutions and expert support.
• Maintaining expertise in diesel, natural gas, and liquid propane generator engines, and advising clients on complex technical issues.
• Acting as the primary liaison for customers throughout the entire sales cycle, ensuring prompt follow-ups and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Addressing customer service challenges and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Collaborating with team members during meetings to contribute to departmental objectives.

Required Skills
• 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in a technical or service-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain robust customer relationships.
• Familiarity with diesel, natural gas, and liquid propane generator engines is advantageous.

Qualifications
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; some college coursework is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, which includes:
• Base salary with opportunities for overtime (paid at 1.5 times the base rate).
• Three weeks of paid vacation following a 90-day introductory period (prorated for the first year based on your start date).
