About the Role:
The successful candidate will:
Provide Tier I-II support to users on a variety of technical issues via phone, email, and in-person requests
Log and prioritize calls, providing reports on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as required
Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution
Analyze, evaluate, and test software and hardware issues
Handle high call volumes with ease, maintaining a customer-centric approach
Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft Office tools and Windows Operating Systems
Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and understand complex technical issues
Working knowledge of Remedy ticket system (creating, updating, and closing tickets)
Experience with computer terminology and customer service operations
