Job Responsibilities:
As a Service Desk Agent, you will:
Provide 1st level technical support to internal employees via inbound phone calls and chats
Assist with technical issues such as computer configurations, password resets, and specific RTO type issues
Utilize existing knowledge base content to search for known solutions and implement workarounds
Troubleshoot general Microsoft software products, Virtual Desktop Infrastructures, and Mobile Devices (iPhones and Androids)
Follow directions, process large amounts of information, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
6-12 months of previous help desk experience
Experience with a ticketing tool and IT background (previous work history, IT Degree, or IT Certification)
Commitment to work through the contract end date (12-24 months)
Ability to work in a fully remote environment and pick up equipment in Atlanta, GA
Fingerprinting and full background check required
