[Remote] Senior UX UI Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Collabera is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of web and mobile applications within the healthcare space. This role involves creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs while collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams. Responsibilities • Lead UX/UI design for mobile and web products • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups • Develop visually polished interfaces aligned with brand and UI standards • Work within and extend the existing design system • Partner with product managers, researchers, and engineers to deliver user-centered solutions • Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability best practices • Drive high-quality implementation with agile development teams • (Data Visualization role) Create clear and meaningful dashboards and data-driven visuals Skills • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Factors, HCI, or related field • 3+ years of experience (6+ preferred) in product design • Strong portfolio showcasing recent mobile and consumer product work • Proficiency in Figma; experience with Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite • Expertise in interaction design, visual design, and UI patterns • Experience with design systems and component creation • Strong prototyping and animation skills • Solid understanding of accessibility and usability principles • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills • A portfolio link must be included with the resume.
