[Remote] Senior Tax Manager / Tax Manager – Private Wealth (Fully Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LEVELOCITI is a nationally growing wealth management firm expanding its in-house tax team. They are seeking either a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to support high-net-worth individuals and families through an advisory-first model, focusing on tax planning and compliance. Responsibilities • Lead tax planning and compliance for sophisticated private clients and family groups • Review complex individual, trust, estate, and pass-through entity returns • Drive proactive strategies around estate & gift planning, trust taxation, charitable planning, liquidity events, and multistate issues • Partner directly with advisors to deliver integrated, long-range planning • Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients • Mentor team members without heavy leverage or churn • Manage tax compliance and planning for HNW individuals, trusts, and related entities • Review returns while expanding involvement in higher-level planning work • Collaborate closely with senior tax leadership and wealth advisors • Support junior professionals while deepening technical expertise Skills • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required • CPA or EA required • Senior Tax Manager: 8–12+ years of tax experience with a strong HNW/private client focus • Tax Manager: 5–8+ years of experience working with individuals, trusts, estates, and pass-throughs • Background in public accounting, family office, or wealth management environments • Comfortable in an advisory-driven, planning-oriented role • Master's in Taxation or Accounting preferred • MST, CFP®, or estate-focused credentials are a plus Benefits • Annual bonus opportunities • Fully remote work environment • Predictable, sustainable hours with no traditional public-accounting busy season • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • 401(k) with employer match • Generous PTO and paid holidays • Paid parental leave • Wellness and mental health resources Company Overview • A Recruiting Company with Heart, Hustle, and High Standards.
