[Remote] Senior Sourcing Recruiter

They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sourcing Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team, where the candidate will develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent and collaborate with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals. Responsibilities • Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies to meet recruitment goals. • Identify, evaluate, and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels. • Conduct market research to identify new talent pools and sourcing trends. • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to sourcing efforts. • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
