The Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer will design and advance AI-powered test automation frameworks, apply predictive analytics, and contribute to the next generation of software quality, ensuring accelerated delivery and reduced defects. Responsibilities • Design and sustain AI-driven test automation frameworks that generate test cases, automation scripts, and datasets for end-to-end validation • Leverage GenAI technologies to interpret test results, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancement • Model user interactions, load scenarios, and boundary conditions to expose potential defects prior to user exposure • Apply AI-powered automation tools to accelerate product delivery and minimize product defects Skills • AI-First Mindset (if your instinct is to write code first and then use AI tools to verify or enhance your code, rather than the other way around, then please do not apply) • At least 2 years of experience in a QA automation role • Proficiency in Selenium and one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript • Professional experience using AI tools to automate QA workflows • Familiarity with CI/CD platforms, such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions Company Overview • Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014.
