[Remote] Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RadixSoft Inc is seeking an experienced QA Tester to ensure the quality and stability of their applications through manual and automated testing methods. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QA methodologies and will be responsible for creating test plans and executing tests to maintain high software quality standards. Responsibilities • Ensure the quality and stability of applications through manual and automated testing methods. • Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. • Utilize test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr. • Execute hands-on testing with automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, or Postman. • Conduct API testing and use tools like REST Assured, Postman, or SoapUI. • Perform data validation by querying databases using SQL. • Test applications in Agile/Scrum development environments. Skills • 5–7 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr. • Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, Postman, or similar. • Solid understanding of API testing and tools like REST Assured, Postman, or SoapUI. • Familiarity with SQL and ability to query databases for data validation. • Experience testing in Agile/Scrum development environments. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. • Experience in performance testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and testing applications in the cloud. • ISTQB or similar QA certification is a plus. • Knowledge of programming/scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript is a plus. Education Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
