[Remote] Senior SEO Manager (Local SEO + Technical SEO + Mobile SEO)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. WindshieldHUB is a nationwide mobile auto glass service operating across 100+ U.S. cities, and they are seeking a Senior SEO Manager. The role involves executing technical and local SEO strategies while collaborating with team members to enhance performance across multiple city pages.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Execute SEO within a Nuxt.js front end + Laravel backend environment
ā¢ Improve mobile loading, SSR performance, caching, and Core Web Vitals
ā¢ Fix indexing issues, structured data, canonicalization, and robots directives
ā¢ Work with developers to improve Lighthouse scores and mobile performance
ā¢ Build and execute SEO strategy for 100+ city landing pages
ā¢ Optimize each page for local intent + service intent
ā¢ Collaborate with Abdul & Ayesha for GBP ā local page alignment
ā¢ Improve NAP consistency, citations, and local authority
ā¢ Create a complete keyword map across all services and all cities
ā¢ Provide SEO outlines for local pages, blog content, and FAQs
ā¢ Optimize metadata, H1/H2 hierarchy, schema markup, and internal linking
ā¢ Own GA4, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs dashboards
ā¢ Deliver weekly performance reports directly to leadership
ā¢ Track mobile vs desktop performance city-by-city
ā¢ Monitor competitors nationwide and city-by-city
ā¢ Improve UX and conversion flow on mobile landing pages
ā¢ Test call-to-action placements, layout structure, and mobile funnels
ā¢ Deliver measurable increases in organic lead and booking conversion rate
Skills
ā¢ 5+ years hands-on SEO experience (you execute work yourself)
ā¢ Strong technical SEO experience with modern frameworks: Nuxt.js (Vue), Laravel, JavaScript SEO, SSR & rendering issues, Core Web Vitals, Schema, robots, sitemap
ā¢ Local SEO experience for multi-location brands (50ā200+ city pages)
ā¢ Mobile-first SEO expertise with proven results
ā¢ Expert knowledge of SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4, BrightLocal)
ā¢ Strong English communication skills
