[Remote] Senior React JS Developer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. VDart is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior React JS Developer to join their engineering team. This role involves driving UI architecture decisions, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with design and backend teams to deliver high-performance web applications. Responsibilities • Lead development of advanced, large-scale UI features using React , TypeScript , and modern JavaScript (ES6+) • Architect reusable components, shared libraries, and UI frameworks following enterprise standards • Collaborate with UX designers to implement consistent, responsive, and accessible interfaces using Microsoft Fluent UI • Design and maintain front-end architecture, ensuring modularity, performance, and long-term maintainability • Review code, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers • Integrate front-end features with backend services through REST • Drive performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization across browsers and devices • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to planning technical roadmaps • Advocate for best practices: testing, accessibility, formatting, logging, and UI performance • Analyze complex technical challenges and propose robust, scalable solutions Skills • Deep hands-on expertise in modern front-end architectures • Experience in leading development of advanced, large-scale UI features using React • Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+) • Ability to architect reusable components, shared libraries, and UI frameworks following enterprise standards • Experience collaborating with UX designers to implement consistent, responsive, and accessible interfaces using Microsoft Fluent UI • Skill in designing and maintaining front-end architecture, ensuring modularity, performance, and long-term maintainability • Experience reviewing code, enforcing coding standards, and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers • Ability to integrate front-end features with backend services through REST • Experience in driving performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization across browsers and devices • Participation in Agile ceremonies and contribution to planning technical roadmaps • Advocacy for best practices: testing, accessibility, formatting, logging, and UI performance • Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose robust, scalable solutions Company Overview • VDart specializes in providing IT staffing solutions.
