[Remote] Senior Product Marketing Manager | USA (EST, CST) | Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Grafana Labs is a remote-first, open-source powerhouse that helps companies manage their observability strategies. They are seeking an experienced product marketer to create Go-To-Market programs, position the value of their products, and collaborate closely with product management and enablement teams.
Responsibilities
β’ Actively partner with and teach Product Managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, from competitive positioning to sales enablement collateral
β’ Partner with product management, engineering and various go-to-market functions to create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt our products: reference architectures, implementation guides, detailed product information
β’ Own and manage the launch of new products/features relevant to target buyers
β’ Conduct internal and customer research to understand pain points, competition and opportunities
β’ Teach go-to-market and sales teams how to gain value from our products: clearly define the capabilities of our products and the value they provide, deliver training and enablement, ensure customer facing teams are able to effectively engage with customers, partners, and prospects
β’ Own customer lifecycle campaigns (competitive positioning, retention, upsell/cross-sell) to strategically shape marketing programs and drive growth across the entire customer journey
Skills
β’ 5+ years of relevant experience (product marketing, solutions marketing, product management)
β’ Experience with marketing and selling to a technical audience
β’ A passion for open source, cloud native, and infrastructure technologies
β’ Proven ability to take on complex projects and efficiently drive them from start to finish
β’ Ability to clearly articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers alike
β’ Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously as well as part of a team
β’ Comfort working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in complicated processes
β’ Strong product and technical curiosity that translate to clear packaging, positioning, and messaging
β’ Demonstrated quantitative analytical skills for analyzing campaign performance, evaluating lifecycle metrics, and making data-driven recommendations
β’ Exceptional writing and communication skills
β’ A high 'say-do' ratio in executing and delivering impact
