[Remote] Senior Product Manager (US, Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Eleos Health is on a mission to help deliver the world's most effective behavioral care through data, measurement, and personalization. As the first Product Manager based in the US, you will partner closely with the CTO to create and launch a new product, connecting technical, clinical, and business worlds to drive impact on the company’s strategic initiatives. Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end research, development, rollout, and optimization of new products in a dynamic and uncertain environment. • Own product strategy within a key domain, balancing net-new innovation with scaling existing product lines. • Develop and manage product roadmaps and feature backlogs that align with customer needs and strategic goals. • Collaborate with engineering, data science, customer success, and sales to bring high-impact solutions to market. • Conduct complex data analysis to identify opportunities and drive informed decision-making. • Champion market education efforts to support new product adoption. Skills • 5-10 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS. • Proven track record of defining and launching successful products. • Experience working with data science or AI/ML-driven products is a strong advantage. • Strong product intuition paired with executional excellence. • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in healthtech or behavioral health domains. • Background in user research or human-centered design. • Exposure to startup environments and scaling product teams.
