[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Agentic Knowledge Products - Remote

They are seeking aSenior Product Manager to support the delivery of an AI-native Enterprise Knowledge Platform that enhances employee digital twins and embedded enterprise agents. Responsibilities • Own the Enterprise Knowledge Management EKM platform product lifecycle and roadmap for agentic knowledge products • Define user stories, manage backlogs, and validate deliverables against requirements • Collaborate with Solution Architect, dev teams and Platform Ops Manager • Monitor product performance, adoption, and drive enhancements for AI enablement • Ensure alignment with enterprise KM strategy and business priorities Skills • 4+ years of Experience leading RAG/AI Knowledge Product delivery • 1+ years of Experience shipping LLM/Agentic products at an enterprise scale • 8+ years of Experience delivering products from pilot to production • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related field • Expertise in AI agent memory, orchestration, RAG and knowledge graph architectures • Knowledge of Azure AI Search, vector databases (pgvector, Milvus etc.), and secure retrieval • Ability to design structured outputs (JSON Schema, etc.) and robust tool/function calling • Strong LLMOps mindset: instrumentation, evaluation, monitoring, and feedback loops • Security-first approach: prompt injection mitigation, and guardrails • Heavy user of agent AI products or dev frameworks, e.g..bolthires Gemini, GPT, Claude Anthropic, Grok, Devin AI, AgentForce, bolthires Copilot Studio, GitHub CoPilot, bolthires Antigravity, Cursor, Glean, CrewAI with demonstrable results • Proven ability to translate technical complexity into business value and compelling business outcomes • Comfort presenting to a variety of audiences from business stakeholders to Executives • Ability to make data-driven decisions to support rapid prototyping • Experience with tools and frameworks such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ServiceNow, or Runbook Automation platforms • Proficiency with Product Management and Collaboration tools: Figma, Jira, Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Excel • Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact • Certifications are a plus: CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, PRINCE2 • Bilingual proficiency with Mandarin and English is a plus Company Overview • Lenovo Group is a computer technology company that manufactures personal computers, smartphones, televisions, and wearable devices.It was founded in 1984, and is headquartered in Beijing, Beijing, CHN, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
