HYR Global Source Inc is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to act as a Senior Functional SME for Oracle HCM Cloud modules. The role involves providing production support, translating HR business needs into functional requirements, and optimizing user functionality with Redwood UI. Responsibilities • Act as Senior Functional SME for Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Talent, ORC & Onboarding, Learning) • Handle day-to-day production support and issue resolution • Work extensively with Redwood UI to support users and optimize functionality • Translate HR business needs into functional requirements and solution designs • Build and support HR reports using OTBI and BI Publisher • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness • Track enhancements, issues, and releases using Jira • Support ongoing projects, testing, and release cycles Skills • Oracle HCM Cloud (Functional) • Redwood UI experience (hands-on across modules) • Core HR • Talent Management • Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) & Onboarding • Oracle Learning • Production Support / Troubleshooting • OTBI & BI Publisher Reporting • Audit controls & compliance understanding • Solution design & requirements gathering • Stakeholder / customer engagement • Jira (or similar work management tool) • Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) • HR Help Desk • Fusion Analytics • ServiceNow or ticketing tools • Change Control process • EPM • Compensation & Benefits modules Company Overview • Established in 2013.
