[Remote] Senior or Principal Consultant – Health Policy

The Senior or Principal Consultant will drive the firm’s growth through client delivery and business development, leveraging expertise in health policy to generate new business and expand client relationships. Responsibilities • Lead client engagements on complex health policy and strategy projects • Build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders across government, industry, and the broader healthcare sector • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing directly to firm growth and revenue generation • Develop proposals, design scopes of work, and serve as a trusted partner to clients • Provide thought leadership on emerging health policy issues and trends • Mentor and collaborate with consulting teams to ensure excellence in project delivery Skills • Extensive experience in health policy, with a strong consulting background • Proven track record of individual business development and revenue generation within the health policy or healthcare strategy space • Deep understanding of federal and/or state health policy landscapes, including regulatory, legislative, and market dynamics • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills • Experience in or with government is a plus, but consulting experience is required • Washington, D.C. preferred (remote candidates nationwide will be considered) Company Overview • Barrington James has a true global reach, with its international HQ in London-Gatwick, continental hubs in Singapore.
