Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Solutus Legal Search is assisting a global hypergrowth AI workflow leader in finding a Senior Legal Counsel for their US operations. The role involves handling complex enterprise SaaS agreements, advising on regulatory issues, and supporting US corporate matters while being a key player in the company's go-to-market strategy. Responsibilities • Anchor the company’s go-to-market strategy in the United States by accelerating Enterprise and Mid-Market deal velocity as the attorney making principled risk calls without escalation • Handle complex enterprise SaaS agreements, with a special focus on banks and financial services clients • Create and localize the playbooks and processes used by the US-based GTM teams • Advise on privacy, data security, AI, US expansion, and other regulatory issues • Support US corporate matters, including governance and commercial vendor contracts Skills • 6+ years of experience handling commercial SaaS deals • Ability to create and localize playbooks and processes used by US-based GTM teams • Experience advising on privacy, data security, AI, US expansion, and other regulatory issues • Support for US corporate matters, including governance and commercial vendor contracts • Familiarity with privacy and marketing issues • Experience with federal and state public sector procurement • Experience with open source and AI licensing issues • Experience with early-stage commercial and IP dispute assessment Benefits • An equity grant • Generous benefits Company Overview • Solutus is a legal search firm that specializes in the placement of lawyers in law firms and corporations.
