They are seeking a Senior Infrastructure and Cloud Engineer to lead infrastructure projects, design cloud solutions, and collaborate with a remote team to deliver exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities • Lead well-structured infrastructure projects for clients, executing on all phases from scoping to delivery, including coordination with vendors, engineers, and clients • Design and deploy Azure infrastructure solutions, and execute Azure and Microsoft 365 migrations • Configure, debug, and support multiple infrastructure platforms, with a focus on Windows environments • Design, install, maintain, and monitor client infrastructure hardware and system software • Evaluate and troubleshoot complex client systems, providing recommendations on performance and scalability based on best practices • Perform root cause analysis for service interruptions, and implement preventive measures to minimize future issues • Provide high-level technical expertise in networking technologies, including LAN/WAN hardware, switches, routers, and firewalls • Perform routine maintenance on client systems, including backups, monitoring, and server deployment • Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and technical teams to implement and optimize infrastructure solutions • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for client projects and systems • Be available for on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when necessary Skills • 5+ years of experience architecting Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory environments • Proven experience designing Azure IaaS and Azure Networking solutions for 3+ years • 3+ years of leading and delivering complex infrastructure projects from scoping to completion • Proficient in PowerShell scripting, with 3+ years of experience writing purpose-built scripts • 5+ years providing Level 3 technical support, with a focus on advanced troubleshooting and solution delivery • A background in cybersecurity, with at least 2+ years of related work experience • A track record of delivering exceptional customer service • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or higher education • Experience with MDM/UDM and Endpoint Management platforms • Familiarity with Exchange Email servers and Exchange Online • Previous experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment Company Overview • TWE Solutions brings together creative minds and best in breed technologies to deliver integrated technology solutions to businesses of all sizes.
