[Remote] Senior HR Business Partner- Customer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hyland is a corporate company seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support the Customer organization. This role involves influencing business outcomes through people strategies, partnering with senior leadership to shape organizational design and talent strategy, and implementing people strategies that support business goals.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leadership, providing thought partnership on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent development
ā¢ Develop an understanding of business strategies, goals, and metrics to serve in a consultative role with business leaders in areas including communications, change management, compensation, talent management, workforce planning, and policy interpretation and application
ā¢ Translate business priorities into actionable people strategies that enable go-to-market success and drive revenue performance
ā¢ Lead talent planning, succession, and leadership development initiatives to ensure a strong bench for critical roles
ā¢ Partner with Total Rewards and Finance to shape compensation and incentive programs that attract and retain top sales and marketing talent
ā¢ Serve as an employee champion and change agent through partnership with business leaders to drive change and execute new business initiatives
ā¢ Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure cohesive support for global teams
ā¢ Use data and insights to identify trends, influence decisions, and measure the impact of people programs
ā¢ Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture that reflects our values and empowers employees to do their best work
ā¢ Partner with regional HRBPs on local issues and projects
Skills
ā¢ 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a technology or high-growth company supporting customer-facing or operational teams
ā¢ Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders on business transformation, organizational design, and change management in complex, fast-paced environments
ā¢ Experience supporting customer-focused organizations, with an understanding of service delivery models, scalability, and operational performance
ā¢ Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach, influence, and partner with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization
ā¢ Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
ā¢ Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret people data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
ā¢ Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies to customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and organizational performance
