[Remote] Senior Frontend Developer (Angular)

They are seeking a senior frontend engineer to lead the architecture and implementation of their web applications, ensuring high-quality user experiences and performance optimization. Responsibilities • Own the frontend. Lead the architecture, implementation, and evolution of our consumer- and attorney-facing web apps. • Ship end-to-end features. Translate product ideas and Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces that are fast, accessible, and responsive across devices. • Scale our design system. Establish reusable components, patterns, and tooling to speed velocity and maintain consistency. • Raise the bar on quality. Implement robust unit/integration tests and error monitoring. • Partner across the stack. Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend (Java/Spring) to define APIs, shape UX, and deliver measurable outcomes. • Improve performance & reliability. Optimize for Core Web Vitals, bundle size, caching/CDN strategy, and observability. • Mentor and multiply. Share best practices, review code thoughtfully, and uplevel the team. Skills • Pixel-perfect UI using HTML, CSS, responsive design, media queries, and modern layout techniques. • Expert Angular + TypeScript + JavaScript building production Single Page Applications. • Strong understanding of HTTP, REST, and frontend/backend communication patterns. • Experience delivering responsive SPAs at scale. • SQL proficiency and familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) to reason about data models and performance. • Practical experience with testing frameworks (unit + integration) and automated test pipelines. • Hands-on with AWS services (e.g., CodePipeline, CloudFront, Elastic Beanstalk, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch) for build/deploy/edge delivery. • Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience (Exceptional experience and an impressive portfolio can substitute.) • 7+ years building and shipping production web applications for large user bases. • Java (8+) and backend development experience. • Experience with Spring (Spring Boot, MVC, Hibernate, AOP, DI, annotations/config).
