[Remote] Senior Digital Product Manager (Remote Opportunity)

The role involves leading the development and execution of digital experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing data insights for product improvement. Responsibilities • Develop, prioritize, and execute a high-value product roadmap balancing new feature development with ongoing optimization • Lead day-to-day product management activities with Engineering and Design counterparts • Write agile epics and user stories for iterative product development • Define and manage delivery timelines, proactively identifying risks and mitigation plans • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships; collaborate closely with business partners to align product strategy with business goals, prioritize, and secure resources • Communicate product strategy, progress, and updates to leadership and stakeholders • Partner with cross-functional teams to support effective go-to-market planning, release readiness, and post-launch evaluation • Proactively use data insights to inform prioritization and decision-making • Measure and report on product performance using quantitative and qualitative methods • Influence decision-making by presenting clear recommendations supported by data and insights • Apply A/B and test and learn methodologies to drive continuous product improvement Skills • 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, Program Management, or equivalent role • Experience with JIRA • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Strong digital web background with enterprise product delivery experience • Familiarity with systems such as ContentSquare, AirTable, Mural and Microsoft Suite • Experience in hospitality, sales, event planning, or B2B is a plus Benefits • Annual allotment of free hotel stays at Hyatt hotels globally • Flexible work schedule • Work-life benefits including wellbeing initiatives such as a complimentary Headspace subscription, and a discount at the on-site fitness center • A global family assistance policy with paid time off following the birth or adoption of a child as well as financial assistance for adoption • Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with company match Company Overview • Hyatt is a global hospitality company with widely recognized, industry leading brands and a tradition of innovation.
