As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for:
Executing development for multiple parallel project engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code for digital platforms using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI, copy, and design, to develop innovative and user-centric digital experiences
Ensuring best practices in accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use are integrated into project development from the outset
Providing coaching, feedback, and oversight to junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
Partnering with QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects, identifying areas for process improvement and optimizing development workflows
