About the Role:
As a Remote Senior Developer, you will:
Execute development for multiple parallel project engagements, writing high-quality code for digital platforms using HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
Produce, maintain, and modify digital experiences and user interfaces, partnering with UX/UI, copy, and design teams to develop the overall look and design of digital experiences.
Ensure best practices regarding accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use are included early on in project ideation.
Develop an overall development approach, guiding other developers through execution to delivery, and providing proactive coaching, feedback, and oversight.
Partner with the QA team to troubleshoot and resolve defects, identifying patterns and using learnings to optimize overall development processes.
