Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement complex data analysis methodologies and predictive models to drive business outcomes
Lead projects that involve advanced qualitative and quantitative analysis, data visualization, and reporting
Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
Design and implement data management systems, dashboards, and tools using technologies like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
Provide technical expertise and training to stakeholders on data analysis, interpretation, and visualization
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience)
At least 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
Expertise in data modeling, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques
Proficiency in reporting packages (Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau, etc.), databases (SQL, etc.), and programming languages (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks)
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Fluency in English and ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4-hour overlap with US time zones
