[Remote] Senior Data Analyst-Supply Chain

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Movement Search & Delivery is working with a global manufacturing client to fill a newly created role for a Senior Data Analytics leader. This individual contributor role focuses on transforming complex datasets into actionable insights to drive global supply chain performance and involves designing the Global Supply Chain KPI Dashboard and leading data lake strategies. Responsibilities • Transforming complex, disconnected datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive global performance using Power BI and advanced Excel • Designing and deploying the Global Supply Chain KPI Dashboard • Playing a leadership role in our data lake strategy • Consolidating data from over 25 ERP systems to ensure a single source of truth • Partnering with cross-functional teams to unlock the next frontier through Project Umbrella: a unified global platform that enables AI-powered insights and faster, smarter decisions for global supply chain visibility and control. Skills • Recent experience building systems that scale and transformed how teams see and act on data. • 5–10 years of experience in global supply chain, operations, or manufacturing analytics, with increasing scope. • Proven track record designing, building, and deploying dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel • Experience working with complex datasets across multiple ERPs and global manufacturing environments • Hands-on involvement in data consolidation, governance frameworks, and building blocks of a data lake or centralized reporting architecture • Advanced user of Power BI, Excel, and data modeling techniques; experience with DAX, Power Query, and large dataset optimization • Solid understanding of relational databases, ERP systems (SAP, ORACLE, PLEX, QAD, etc.), and data lake concepts Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field (Master’s a plus) Company Overview • Movement Search & Delivery offers executive search and staff recruitment services.
