Job Responsibilities:
Conduct micro and macro space optimization analysis across items, categories, and departments (50%)
Communicate insights and recommendations to senior business leaders (20%)
Evaluate and identify opportunities across store initiatives and business resets (20%)
Partner with store planning and space planning teams to execute new ideas (10%)
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 1 year of work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of work experience in data mining and statistical analysis
Experience with large-scale data analysis and proven ability to identify key insights
Advanced experience with JDA Intactix space management suite
High skill in financial/statistical modeling packages, including forecasting and optimization
