Key Responsibilities
Ā Achieve expertise in our platforms, user interfaces, databases, and data pipelines.
Ā Analyze data and produce insightful reports for stakeholders.
Ā Experiment with and develop prototype solutions in collaboration with product teams to enhance platform functionality.
Ā Construct and maintain BI dashboards to ensure consistent and repeatable reporting processes.
Ā Investigate and troubleshoot data-related challenges, providing actionable recommendations for resolution.
Ā Collaborate with external clients to analyze data and support product enhancement initiatives.
Required Skills
Ā 10+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar field.
Ā Minimum of 2 years of experience working with performance marketing data.
Ā At least 2 years of experience using Tableau.
Ā Experience in supporting product or engineering teams.
Ā Familiarity with high-volume data environments (100M+ records) or data warehousing.
Ā Proficient in SQL, with an emphasis on creating scalable and maintainable queries.
Ā Understanding of database definition language for dataset management.
Ā Knowledgeable about ETL processes.
Ā Advanced competency in Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
Ā Proven capability in crafting data visualizations for reports and dashboards.
Ā Proactive self-starter with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ā Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Qualifications
Ā A relevant degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
