[Remote] Senior Clinical Research Associate (West Coast - Oncology/Rare Disease)

The Senior Clinical Research Associate will ensure compliance of clinical trials with protocols and regulatory requirements, while maintaining relationships with sites and investigators to manage trials efficiently.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Ensure clinical trials are conducted in compliance with protocol/amendment(s), with ICH GCP, SOPs and with applicable regulatory requirements in the assigned countries and sites
ā¢ Ensure subject safety and verify diligence in protecting the confidentiality and wellbeing of study subjects
ā¢ Verify adequacy, completeness, reliability, and quality of trial data collected at study sites
ā¢ Conduct site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring and close out visits
ā¢ Develop and maintain site and investigator relationships to ensure clinical trials are managed efficiently
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree preferred; a Registered Nurse (RN) may also be considered
ā¢ 3+ years of clinical monitoring experience
ā¢ The ability to perform travel up to an average of 80%, depending on project needs
ā¢ This role may be office and/or home-based/field-based however regular infrequent visits to a Company office will also be required
ā¢ Current passport or identity card with a valid driving license required
