[Remote] Senior Associate, Paid Media Strategy

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ruder Finn is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate, Paid Media Strategy to join our growing Digital practice. In this role, you will support the planning, setup, and execution of paid social campaigns across a range of performance-driven client programs, working across healthcare and consumer brands.ResponsibilitiesSupport the set up and launch of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta (required), with exposure to other platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and moreMonitor daily campaign performance and flag trends, insights, and optimization opportunities to internal teamsSupport testing initiatives (new campaign types, audience strategies, etc.) to improve overall performanceSupport building UTM tracking links for integrated campaignsCompile and analyze campaign performance data for reporting, using platform analytics and Google Analytics (GA4)Support reporting deliverables, data pulls, and reporting insightsMaintains awareness of industry trends and impact to client & assigned accountsAssist in conducting competitive and category-specific researchContribute to campaign planning discussionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams/team members to support integrated campaign executionParticipate in client meetings and internal status calls, with opportunities to grow client-facing skillsSkills1-2 years of experience in paid social or digital marketingHands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager required, familiarity with other social ad managers a plusWorking knowledge of GA4 and UTMs a plusStrong analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft ExcelProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Comfortable managing multiple tasks across accounts in fast-paced environmentCurious and eager to learn with strong problem-solving skillsGreat energy, and curiosity to do and learn new things to support agency growth and offeringsDetail-oriented, organized, and dedicatedBachelor's degree in marketing, digital/integrated marketing, advertising or related fieldBenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision, company paid Life InsuranceFlexible Spending Account401k (match) planMonthly allowance for cell phone, office equipment, etc.Generous PTO policy with paid maternity/paternity leaveProfessional learning and development opportunitiesWorkplace flexibilityOn-site and off-site social gatheringsCompany OverviewRuder Finn, Inc. is a leading communications, counseling and services agency with more than 65 years' experience.
