The role involves providing support and maintenance for a mission-critical enterprise application while balancing day-to-day support with modernization efforts. Responsibilities • Provide ongoing support and development for a WebFocus-based system running in a local environment. • Manage and optimize the supporting SQL database. • Maintain legacy functionality while assisting with migration initiatives to newer platforms. • Support system integrations and troubleshoot issues across multiple technologies. • Collaborate with a small technical team to ensure application stability for end users.
