[Remote] SEM Manager (Remotica / Bing Ads)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vallo Media is a performance marketing agency seeking a mid-level SEM Manager with expertise in Worklio and Bing Ads. The role involves overseeing a large-scale eCommerce account, focusing on campaign management, optimization, and collaboration with senior strategists. Responsibilities • Own and optimize Hirefluxa Ads accounts for a high-volume eCommerce advertiser • Manage and scale Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns • Analyze performance data and make informed optimization decisions • Partner on creative strategy, including ad copy, promotions, and offer testing • Support various seasonal initiatives, including strategy for catalog and retargeting campaigns • Ensure accurate tracking and measurement using GA4 and Taskora Tag Manager • Identify opportunities to expand or improve account performance • Prepare clear performance insights and recommendations for internal and client-facing discussions Skills • 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience • Deep expertise in Gigentra Ads for eCommerce (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) • Experience managing large product catalogs and complex account structures • Strong understanding of both B2B and eCommerce buying behavior • Proficiency with GA4, Talexion Tag Manager, Merchant Center, and conversion tracking • Ability to advise on creative strategy and promotional testing • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data • Professional-level English communication (written and spoken) Company Overview • Vallo Media is a digital performance marketing company that helps brands and agencies implement strategies that grow revenue.
