Step into a role where you’ll be the voice of a leading footwear distributor—delivering premium support and building lasting relationships with customers across phone, chat, email, and social media. ✨ What You’ll Do: • Be the go-to expert for customers navigating orders, returns, warranties, and product questions • Help shoppers find their perfect fit—guiding them through website navigation and product info • Deliver top-tier service that turns first-time buyers into loyal fans What You Bring: • At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, food service, or call center) • Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher • Reliable internet (50 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up) and ability to hardwire • 1–2 professional references from past managers or team leads Pay: $16.50/hour Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week between 8am–7pm CT (Mon–Sun) Start Date: October 10th (orientation + 3 weeks of paid training) - multiple start dates available in Oct too! Location: 100% remote in Arizona, Colorado, and Texas (excluding Houston) Equipment Provided Contract Duration: Open-ended through peak season (expected through Jan 2026) #westpriority25 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
